AQUA BASICS   This course is designed to give the beginner the skills necessary to teach an aquatic exercise class. Correct form, movement, and choreography ideas are topics covered.
AQUA CRAZY   This workshop is a big mix of fun ideas and athletic moves that teaches the instructor to be entertaining as well as efficient.
AQUA DIVA DANCE   Fun, Fun, Fun is the best way to describe this session. It is always the particular presenter's interpretation, but is always consistently full of dance ideas that can be used to spice up your aqua experience!
AQUA FITCAMP   POWERFUL ATHLETIC MOVES THAT WORK GREAT IN THE WATER!
AQUA FUSION   A MIX OF IDEAS THAT THE PRESENTER FEELS WORKS WELL FOR A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.
AQUA H.E.A.T.   High Energy Athletic Training in the water will wear you out! Give this to your class and they'll love it while it's happening and feel it later! Great Choreography!
AQUA KATA CARDIO   MARTIAL ARTS TYPE MOVEMENTS TAUGHT WITH POWER AND ENERGY....INTERVAL STYLE
AQUA PILATES   This workshop will teach participants how to use the fundamentals of Pilates in the aquatic class setting. Breath work proper body positioning core exercises and mind-body integration are just a few of the topics covered. The focus is gaining maximum benefits while working safely and effectively.
AQUA POWER   Athletic power moves that include intervals and choreography blocks. Sure to give results!
AQUA R.O.M. (RANGE OF MOTION)   Range of Motion and stretching are the ideas behind this session. Learn relaxing, yet focused moves to add to your class.
AQUA SENIOR WORKOUT   Movements based on ideas that work for this special population. Not too easy, but mindful of the limitations that may exist in this type of discipline.
AQUA WORKOUT   A MIX OF ATHLETIC, POWER, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY....GREAT IDEAS TO INCORPORATE INTO YOUR CLASSES.
AQUABOX EXTREME   Aquatic kickboxing moves that are powerful and yield results. Get some great ideas for your class!
AQUAFLEX   In this workshop you will experience and learn new lengthening toning aggressive stretching and flexibility training When these techniques are combine with the incredible properties of water your students will not only lengthen but also strengthen their muscles. ATHLETIC AQUA   Sports, Intervals, and Power Moves make up this combination aqua class designed to be added into your current classes right away. Work it all out with less stress on the body- a great mix!
DEEP WATER BASICS   This course stresses the basics and techniques necessary to effectively create and lead non-impact deep-water aerobic classes. Learn the basic recommendations for developing the components of a deep water aquatic fitness class. Gain a clearer understanding of incorporating the unique properties of water to provide safe effective and enjoyable deep water workouts through creative choreography.
H2O RIPPED BODY   SPORTS POWER MOVES THAT WILL EXHAUST YOU AND LEAVE YOU WANTING MORE! GET READY FOR A MIXTURE OF INTERVAL, STRENGTH, AND CARDIO!
HYDRO WORKOUT   Based on the interpretation of the presenter, this class is set to offer a variety of moves that can be added to any aquatic class. Depending on the equipment available at the facility, will determine if any equipment is added. It will be a great way to add to your current routine.
KICKBOX WET-N-WILD   This aquatic workshop provides phenomenal kickbox moves and technique that will make your members go wild. It's moves that are beyond the basics and ensures a workout that improves muscular endurance and cardiovascular stamina.
LIQUID COMBAT   AQUA KICKBOXING THATS PACKED WITH ENERGY AND POWER!
LIQUID STRENGTH   MUSCLE CONDITIONING IN THE WATER UTILIZING WHAT EQUIPMENT THE FACILITY HAS AVAILABLE. MAY ALSO BE NO EQUIPMENT OR MIXTURE.
POWER AQUA COMBOS   This aqua workshop utilizes basic movements that are layered with intensity and power to provide the ultimate experience for sustained aerobic conditioning. Anchored or suspended- these moves will push your limits.
SUSPENDED & SOAKED   DEEP WATER AQUA CHOREOGRAPHY
VINTAGE AQUA   Movements based on ideas that work for this special population. Not too easy, but mindful of the limitations that may exist in this type of discipline.
