SENIOR SURGE   This course provides interval style training ideas for physically fit senior adults. Specific considerations regarding heart rate monitoring watching for physiological stress and special precautions will be addressed.
SUPER SIZZLIN SR WORKOUT   This interactive workshop will teach you how to effectively increase the overall fitness level of individuals 55+ in age. In the chair and out of the chair give them a workout that meets their needs and makes them laugh.
