PILATES PLUS   Extra moves that may incorporate equipment, based on what the facility has available. Even if no equipment is present, this class offers more ideas to add to your current routines...if the instructor has the freedom to add-on variations in their facility.
PILATES-YOGA FUSION   A NICE BLEND OF YOGA AND PILATES TO BUILD STRENGTH AND CORE. THINK ATHLETIC AND POWERFUL COMBINED WITH RHYTHMIC.
