With or without the use of props (foam rollers exercise balls balance cushions etc.) this workshop will change your student's perspective on how boring they think developing these essential areas are.
EXERCISE BALL   This national training course will teach you the fundamentals for utilizing an exercise ball in different disciplines. There is a cardio section muscular endurance and strength section and of course you score with great core training.
