Thank you so much for the GREAT training this weekend! It is so awesome to be back to in-person trainings where we can collaborate with and learn from each other! Your team is knowledgeable, helpful, and relatable, and we are excited to use the tools that we learned to help others in their fitness journeys!.
I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the Group Fitness Certification. It was tons better than my original certification I received in-person with AFAA. Gay really knows her stuff and I will be looking forward to getting some continuing education with her! Thank you so much for bringing this certification to our facility!
I had about a million questions as I went through the certification process. The team at IFTA helped me with ALL of them. They all know their stuff, but one of the best parts about IFTA is that when you call the office, you actually get to talk to them and they are more than happy to help! The coaching and support has been completely worth switching to IFTA.
The online course was easy to follow and packed with information. I enjoyed the exercise science piece paired with the practical parts of personal training. I would imagine the in-person practical part would be exceptional, and I will look to audit that as soon as there is one scheduled in my area!
I am SO happy with IFTA.
I feel confident and comfortable in my ability to teach classes, and I owe that to the incredible team at IFTA.
They know their stuff and they truly want to help you to become the best version of your instructor self!
