Certification Renewal Fee

IFTA emphasizes lifelong learning and the pursuit of excellence in every delivered experience. As such, we require Continuing Education Credits to hone your craft and renew your certification(s). Our Continuing Education Program will help you to stay current in fitness trends, and exercise modalities while enhancing your skills.

All renewals require three steps: earn the correct number of CECs, complete a renewal form, and pay the renewal fee.

Important Details:

• Please ensure you understand the requirements listed below
• Choose the correct fee for your renewal.
• The renewal fee is Non-refundable. IFTA will contact you if the amount paid is incorrect.
• CECs from other companies are only accepted for two-year certifications; in that case, 8 must come from IFTA.
• Submit your paperwork (renewal form/CECs) to IFTA within 10 days of payment. If you are using an older PDF version of the Renewal Form, please email your completed form to renewals@ifta-fitness.com. Alternatively, use the appropriate form on the Renewal Process page.

One-Year Certifications Renewal:

• Requirements: 1 year to complete 5 Continuing Education Credits.

• On-time Renewal Fee:
  • $50 prior to the renewal date for 1 One-Year Certification
  • $80 prior to the renewal date for 2 One-Year Certifications
  • $110 prior to the renewal date for 3 or more One-Year Certifications
• Late Renewal Fee (up to 6 months after renewal date expired):
  • $75 for 1 One-Year Certification
  • $105 for 2 One-Year Certifications
  • $130 for 3 or more One-Year Certifications

Two-Year Certifications Renewal

• Requirements: 2 years to complete 10 Continuing Education Credits.

• On-time Renewal Fee:
  • $85 prior to the renewal date for 1 Two-Year Certification
  • $135 prior to the renewal date for 2 Two-Year Certifications
  • $175 prior to the renewal date for 3 or more Two-Year Certifications
• Late Renewal Fee (up to 6 months after renewal date expired):
  • $110 for 1 Two-Year Certification
  • $160 for 2 Two-Year Certifications
  • $200 for 3 or more Two-Year Certifications
