Another exhilarating full-body workout led by instructor Greg Sims will have you feeling it in all areas of your body as he leads you through this cardio-strength style workout, beginning with his favorite pre-exhaustion method of fatiguing the smaller muscle groups before hitting the larger ones. The burn comes early in this workout, but it is full of powerful moves that will have you pushing your limits the entire time, such as exercises like the bicep curl into presses, suitcase and wide-stance squats, plank step-outs and jacks (ensuring the spine stays in neutral), and split-squat jumps. Greg provides many form reminders to properly execute overload because this leads to progress. To increase the cardio aspect of this strength workout, you have the option to move faster with lighter weights, or take it slower and heavier to make this more of a traditional strength workout — the options are endless, but so are the gains!

If you learn best by doing – we’ve got you covered! At IFTA we offer a variety of educational videos worth 3.0 IFTA CECs (Continuing Education Credits).

Regardless of which Certification you have, you may choose any topic to use towards renewal.

  • A One-year renewal requires 5 earned CECs over the course of a year.
  • A Two-year renewal requires 10 earned CECs over the course of two years if all are from IFTA.
  • Mixing and matching CECs from an approved partner company is allowed only for a two-year renewal.
  • If mixing and matching, 8 CECs must come from IFTA, and 4 can come from an approved outside source.
