Our iconic signature event, Raleigh Fitness Weekend, is leveling up this year!!
Designed for fitness professionals and newbies alike, all you need is a willingness to expand your knowledge and skills. The weekend offers opportunities for fun, interactive, and engaging experiences where Fitness Professionals can earn Continuing Education Credits.
For those newer to the fitness scene, we have opportunities to certify for the first time, or just to learn more about fitness and wellness!
The 2025 RFW will feature keynote presenters, workshops on a variety of relevant topics, choreography sessions to level up your own classes, and Personal Training specialities to help you help your clients.
Learn and grow with IFTA as our talented presenter team guides you through effective exercises and science-backed discussions to capture your attention and elevate your expertise. The practical experiences and 1:1 personal touches can’t be matched, as we bring presenters from across the United States!

- 12 pm – Circuit Interval Games with JoJo Polk; or Pilates sculpt with Emily Bryant; or Breaking Down Nutrition with Jenna Wondrash.
- 1 pm – Strong Abs with JoJo Polk; or Yoga Strength and Breathe with Lilly Caltis; or Aqua Tone and Flex with Stephanie Dudra.
- 2 pm – Foam Roller Clinic with Darcy Kent; or Gentle Pilates with Matti Fisher; or Bodyweight Strength Training with Darise Barron.
- 3 pm – Constructive Rest and Meditation with Lilly Caltis; or Senior Small Group Training with Darise Barron; or Secrets of Senior Fitness with Linda Shields.
- 4 pm – Functional Strength and Mobility with Jenna Wondrash; or Line Dance with Darise Barron; or Yin Yoga with Nicholas Kimps.
