Are you seeking to enhance your class content and client education, pick up a new speciality, certify for the first time, and network with other Fitness Professionals?

Our iconic signature event, Raleigh Fitness Weekend, is leveling up this year!!

Designed for fitness professionals and newbies alike, all you need is a willingness to expand your knowledge and skills. The weekend offers opportunities for fun, interactive, and engaging experiences where Fitness Professionals can earn Continuing Education Credits.

For those newer to the fitness scene, we have opportunities to certify for the first time, or just to learn more about fitness and wellness!

The 2025 RFW will feature keynote presenters, workshops on a variety of relevant topics, choreography sessions to level up your own classes, and Personal Training specialities to help you help your clients.

Learn and grow with IFTA as our talented presenter team guides you through effective exercises and science-backed discussions to capture your attention and elevate your expertise. The practical experiences and 1:1 personal touches can’t be matched, as we bring presenters from across the United States!

⏰ Classes Schedule for Saturday, October 25th 2025

  • 12 pm – Total Body Kettlebells with Gay Gasper; or Max Cardio with JoJo Polk; or Mat Pilates with Matti Fisher; or Aqua Games with Dacry Kent; or Mental Wellness in the Fitness Space with Nicholas Kimps.
  • 1 pm – Bootcamp Strength with JoJo Polk; or Barre with Kendra Alley; or Aging Gracefully (Balance) with Marlene Jenkins; or Aqua Bootcamp with Darcy Kent; or Senior Lecture: 1:1 Attention with Darise Barron.
  • 2 pm – Strength and Cardio Intervals with Elizabeth Lallathin; or Yoga Grooves with Gay Gasper; or Aqua Dance with Darise Barron; or Nutrition and Supplements with Erin Jensen.
  • 3 pm – The Blend: Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance with Lilly Caltis; or Tabata with Elizabeth Lallathin; or Functional Strength and Mobility with Gay Gasper; or Aqua Yoga with Darcy Kent; or Build Your Own Wellness Coaching Business with Kim Ply
  • 4 pm – AMRAP Strength with Nicholas Kimps; or BootySculpt: Power Pilates with Emily Bryant; or Senior Strength for Longevity with Stephanie Dudra
